1. Introduction
Welcome to Brainlytic. By accessing or using our site at Brainlytic.pro, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Services
Our Emotional balance and stability courses are designed to support emotional well-being through structured learning experiences. The following conditions apply:
- Cancellations received more than 72 hours before the scheduled start will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee, processed back via the method originally used for purchase.
- Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours before the start will be eligible for a 50% refund, processed as above.
- Cancellations received within 24 hours of the course start and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability at no extra cost.
- Certain group workshops are nonrefundable due to advance resource allocation.
3. Digital Products
Our informational materials, training guides, and downloadable content are delivered electronically.
- Once downloaded or accessed, these items are not eligible for a refund.
- If you encounter technical issues preventing access, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a review. Approved cases will receive a full refund.
4. Physical Goods
All branded items and printed materials are subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery in original, unopened condition.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when sending items back.
- Approved shipments back will be credited via the same means used for purchase within 14 days of our receipt of the items.
- Items received damaged or not in original condition are not eligible for a refund.
5. Refund Policy
The details outlined in sections 2, 3, and 4 comprise our comprehensive refund policy. Refunds are issued to the same means used for purchase. Please note certain offerings may be explicitly nonrefundable as described above. For questions or clarifications, use our contact form.
